Sweethearts in the age of Covid-19 - II

“P” as PROPOSE

“P” as PROPOSE

In the previous article, we went deeper into the “P” of Postpone, but what if your wedding is in not in the plan yet, but you would love it to be in soon? Then we are in the “P” as Propose case!

We rarely address the groom-to-be directly instead of the bride-to-be; this is one of those cases! So with the ring in your pocket or not, if you know she is the one, read carefully!

In a 2018 study, Celebrity Cruises analysed over one million Instagram posts from the previous 12 months with the hashtags #shesaidyes, #hesaidyes, #isaidyes, and #proposal to find out where the most popular locations are.

As you narrow down your list of ideas for your own proposal be sure to check out the world’s 16 most popular places to propose for inspo:

Central Park, New York

Eiffel Tower, Paris

Brooklyn Bridge, New York

Grand Canyon, Arizona

Oia, Santorini, Greece

Colosseum, Rome

Tower Bridge, London

Sidney Opera House, Sydney

Louvre, Paris

Lake Louise, Banff, Canada

The Shard, London

Spanish Steps, Rome

Taj Mahal, Agra, India

Griffith Observatory, Los Angeles

Trevi Fountain, Rome

Table Mountain, Cape Town, South Africa

This would all sound perfect if it weren't for the fact that most of the world is in quarantine at the moment, and we can’t P·OSPONE, otherwise we fall in the first “P” that is not in this article and is not relate to “propose”!

A proposal in this peculiar moment is surely intimate, deep and romantic and with some creativity, it can also be unconventional!

If, however, you don't want to give up the dramatic effect, but in the couple it arises spontaneously to talk about marriage and the desire to imagine your “Yes I Do” is strong ... on this occasion you are allowed to review the traditions and follow your love towards the big day ... postponing the official proposal.

However, even for this is worth the claim of this period: #postponenotcancel !
